The Admission Coordinator for IELTS/PTE is responsible for managing the end-to-end student admission and counselling process for test preparation programs. The role involves coordinating student inquiries, guiding them through course selection, maintaining admission records, and ensuring an excellent student experience from inquiry to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
oHandle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
oCounsel prospective students about IELTS/PTE courses, batches, and training options.
oCoordinate with faculty and operations teams to schedule demo sessions and classes.
oManage the admission process including registration, documentation, and fee collection.
oMaintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
oAchieve monthly admission and revenue targets as assigned by management.
oSupport marketing initiatives and participate in promotional activities (seminars, webinars, education fairs).
oEnsure timely communication and follow-up with leads to maximize conversions.
oAddress student queries and resolve concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction levels

oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
oGood proficiency in English communication.
oSales and counselling aptitude.
oAbility to multitask and manage time effectively.
oProficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
oKnowledge of IELTS and PTE course structure will be an added advantage.
