The Ebenezer Group of Institutions is hiring for Tele counsellor /Admission Counsellor and Sr. Admission Counsellor.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Admission Counselor

to join the Ebenezer Group of Institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about our programs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media. Counsel students on course details, eligibility, fee structure, and career opportunities. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Assist students with application procedures and documentation requirements. Coordinate with departments for interviews, assessments, and admission-related formalities. Participate in education fairs, events, and outreach activities as required. Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain high conversion rates. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM preferred). Strong convincing and follow-up skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Positive attitude and willingness to learn (Freshers encouraged to apply).
