Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused

Admission Advisor

to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, follow up promptly, and achieve monthly admission targets while providing a positive and supportive experience for every student. A short self-introduction video is mandatory as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and recommend programs that align with their academic and career goals Clearly communicate program details, benefits, and admission procedures Guide students from initial inquiry to final enrollment Meet monthly counseling and enrollment targets Engage with students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and enrollments Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions process

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions counseling, academic counseling, or sales Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Target-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video
