Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive,

student-focused Admission Advisor

to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. This role involves handling inquiries, conducting timely follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets while ensuring a positive and supportive student experience.

Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and recommend programs aligned with their academic and career goals Communicate program details, benefits, and admission procedures clearly Support students from initial inquiry to final enrollment Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets Engage with students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and enrollments Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a seamless admissions process

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions counseling, academic counseling, or sales Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to assess student needs and recommend suitable programs Target-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video
