We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admission Advisor to guide prospective students through the complete enrollment journey. This role involves handling inquiries, conducting timely follow-ups, and meeting monthly admission targets while delivering an excellent student experience. Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students to help them choose programs aligned with their academic and career goals Clearly explain program offerings, benefits, and admission processes Support students throughout the enrollment journey, from initial inquiry to final admission Achieve assigned monthly counseling and enrollment targets Communicate with students via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings Conduct regular and consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates Maintain accurate and updated student records in the CRM system Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions process

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or sales Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Target-driven, well-organized, and proactive in follow-ups Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video
