Job Overview
We are hiring a proactive and student-focused Admission Advisor to counsel prospective students and guide them through the complete enrollment process. The role involves handling inquiries, conducting effective follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets while ensuring a positive student experience.
Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students to help them choose programs aligned with their academic and career goals
Explain program details, benefits, and admission procedures clearly and confidently
Support students throughout the enrollment journey from inquiry to enrollment
Achieve assigned monthly counseling and admission targets
Communicate with students via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings
Conduct regular and timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions in the CRM system
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admission process
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Target-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
