Key Responsibilities
Interact with prospective students and recommend programs that align with their academic and career goals
Convert inquiries into enrollments by clearly explaining program features, benefits, and the registration process
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets
Communicate with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual sessions
Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admission journey
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or sales
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and provide effective guidance
Target-driven, disciplined, and strong in follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
