Key Responsibilities:
Interact with prospective students and recommend programs aligned with their academic and career goals
Convert inquiries into enrollments by clearly explaining program details, benefits, and the registration process
Meet monthly counseling and admission targets
Communicate with students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual sessions
Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams for a smooth admission process
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and provide effective guidance
Target-oriented, disciplined, and strong in follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
