Key Responsibilities
Interact with prospective students and recommend suitable programs based on their academic goals and career plans
Convert inquiries into admissions by clearly explaining program features, benefits, and the enrollment process
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets
Communicate with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual sessions
Maintain timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
Update all student interactions, records, and progress accurately in the CRM
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admission journey
Requirements
Minimum
1 year
of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and provide the right guidance
Target-driven, disciplined, and strong in follow-ups
Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
