We are seeking a proactive Admission Advisor to engage with prospective students, guide them through the admission process, and help them choose the right program. This role focuses on lead conversion, personalized counseling, and meeting monthly enrollment targets. A short self-introduction video is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining program benefits and admission details
Provide personalized guidance to students and their families
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and webinars
Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain interest and close admissions
Maintain accurate student records and activity logs in the CRM
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for a smooth admission process
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle student queries and guide them effectively
Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Self-introduction video submission is mandatory
