Job Description

1. Administrative Support



Handle day-to-day administrative operations (calls, emails, documentation, scheduling). Maintain and organize company files, records, and office supplies. Assist management in coordinating meetings, appointments, and follow-ups. Ensure smooth office operations and maintain professional communication channels.

2. Sales Coordination



Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation. Maintain and update client and lead databases. Follow up with potential leads and assist in lead nurturing. Coordinate between clients and the sales team to ensure timely communication.

3. Client Communication



Handle incoming inquiries (phone/email) and provide basic information about services. Schedule and confirm client meetings or calls. Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in all client interactions.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Track pending proposals, invoices, and client follow-ups. Provide timely updates to the management about ongoing sales activities.

5. Team Coordination



Collaborate with marketing, accounts, and operations teams for smooth workflow. Ensure internal communication is clear and tasks are executed as per deadlines.

6. Office & Vendor Management



Manage office supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination (if applicable). Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,695.14 - ₹20,000.00 per month
