Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Handle reception duties, phone calls, visitor management, and overall front desk operations. Assist management in day-to-day official and personal tasks, including documentation and coordination. Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow. Follow up on pending tasks, meeting schedules, and daily/monthly report submissions. Maintain and manage meeting calendars, appointments, and schedules. Support the preparation and management of statutory filings including ITR, GST, TDS, and ROC documentation. Maintain and update records of all filings, receipts, and compliance-related documents. Maintain confidentiality of company documents, management decisions, and employee-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



1-3 years of experience in front office, administrative, or executive assistant roles. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
