Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and callers.
Handle front desk operations - calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Perform data entry, record keeping, and documentation of student/client information.
Conduct calling & follow-ups for appointments, reminders, and updates.
Maintain relationships with students, clients, and partners through professional communication.
Assist in frontend support tasks such as preparing reports, verifying documents, and coordinating with other departments.
Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and office activities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and clerical operations.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. (bachelor's degree is a plus but not required)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management.
Excellent communication & telephone etiquette.
Friendly, professional, and presentable personality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
