Job Description



We are seeking a competent and organized Admin / Operations Executive to support and enhance our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a structured professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and office records. Handle internal and external communication, including emails and phone calls. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as required. Assist in preparing operational reports, MIS data, and documentation. Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor service follow-ups. Support HR activities such as employee documentation and onboarding. Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:

MBA or BBA qualification (mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to perform well under minimal supervision. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. Male candidates preferred. Freshers can apply; experienced candidates will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
