Job Title:
Administrator-Tech CoE Support
Summary: Position Summary:
This position will work closely with the Technology CoE to assist/support data management & analysis in creating real time actionable insights.
Responsibilities Include:
SharePoint Site Optimization:

• Organize and upgrade the Tech Coe SharePoint sites, enhance site interconnections, navigation for improved user experience.
• Consult with CoE members to understand their requirement and redesign sites accordingly.
• CapEx Project Management:
• Create and submit technology project proposals for approval in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system. Track actual spending and commitments for approved CapEx projects.
• Perform monthly reforecasting of project budgets to ensure optimal utilization of the technology CapEx budget.

Technology Spend Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of technology spend based on cost centers, segments, and locations.
• Identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for potential cost savings.

Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant technical discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial / technology finance setting, preferably managing data analysis, reporting and automation
• Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office specifically Excel, Power-BI, Tableau etc. will be must
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good communication skills - demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix environment.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and be able to summarize/present in a meaningful manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint site creation, customization, and management.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft CoPilot for content generation (preferred).
• Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) systems and financial forecasting will be preferred.
