Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors courteously.

Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.

Manage reception area cleanliness and organization

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and official documents.

Manage and update school databases, records, and correspondence.

Support the Principal and management team with scheduling, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate communication between departments, teachers, and parents.

Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.

Provide information about school policies, curriculum, and facilities to prospective parents.

Draft letters, circulars, and notices for school communication. Government Licenses.(Liaise with government department for inspection scheduling reporting.)

Qualifications and Skills



Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in administration or front desk operations school Experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, Gujarati, Hindi.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pleasant personality and professional appearance
