We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Executive
to support our daily office operations at Sitril Property Management in Karapakkam. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of administrative experience and be capable of managing office tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations
Maintain office files and records (physical and digital)
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Handle incoming and outgoing calls/emails
Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance
Support HR in scheduling interviews and maintaining attendance records
Prepare and share basic reports as required
Assist in property-related documentation and filing
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, etc.)
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
