Sathyam Ministries INTL. looking for an eligible candidate who has administrative skills to work in our Head office. The candidate should have a heart for the CHRISTIAN ministry and be able to manage day-to-day activities.



1.Managing daily office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth workflows through tasks like scheduling, communication (phones/email).

2.Data entry, filing, handling correspondence, ordering supplies, and maintaining records, acting as a central point for Ministries .

3.Clerical duties to keep the business running efficiently.

4.Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.

5.Making travel arrangements and preparing documents and facilities for meetings.

6.Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.

7.Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
