Job Title:
Administrator - Supply Chain
Summary: This position will be responsible for maintaining consistency & accuracy of SAP daily operations data and generating daily reports/dashboard by understanding business requirements also support CSR's on tracking/updating delivery status -EU/WH
Responsibilities Include:

• Timely update SAP process orders, purchase orders, sales orders and stock transfer orders after liaising with relative functions to ensure data accuracy & correct confirmation date to customers.
• Support in data analysis, report preparation and presentation as needed.
• Participate in supply chain process improvements and other key initiatives as needed.
• Responsible for effective collaboration and communication with team members.
• Handle e-mails from customer support team with questions on status of the delivery to customer.
• Communicate with carrier in case material hasn't arrived in time or in case material cannot be unloaded.
• Escalate to SC Leader Benelux in case of bigger delays /carrier issues.
• Close communication with customer support team and carrier on daily base for deliveries which are (potentially) delayed.
• Handle Out of spec (OOS) inflow based on daily inflow report and assign first action/owner based on defect at warehouse plant in OOS tool.
• Assign/Follow up on actions based on process flow for restricted OOS/ damaged/ Limited shelf life or expired inflow plant.
• closely work with EUR Supply Chain team to structurally reduce inflow of OOS/restricted materials and define actions for outflow.

Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in business, engineering, management, operations or supply chain
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain roles with analytical and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in SAP MM and basic understanding of supply chain process
• Experience in the Manufacturing sector in a Global environment.
