Job Description

Must have strong managerial, operational, and regulatory skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and compliance with NABH standards.

Key skills include hospital operations management, NABH accreditation implementation and audit preparedness, policy and SOP development, patient safety and quality management, facility and infrastructure management, vendor and contract management, budgeting and cost control, coordination with clinical departments, and handling statutory and regulatory compliance.

Should possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills, along with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a 24/7 healthcare environment.

Qualifications required : Must include a Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management with 8-12 years of experience in hospital administration, including minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a NABH-accredited hospital, and proven exposure to NABH standards, quality audits, and healthcare regulations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
