You will be part of our Talent Attraction Operations team which provides operational support to Talent Attraction function, based at our Gurugram Center located in Gurugram, India.
The team has a broad scope of responsibility across the TA spectrum and is dedicated to supporting delivery and continuous process improvement of various talent attraction teams in Asia.
You will partner with recruiting managers, recruiters and our counterpart TA Operations teams in Americas and Europe to align on centralized, global TA processes.
You will perform a range of administrative tasks in support of service operations processes. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to - initial screening of applications, scheduling interviews and post-interview decision meetings, gathering availability from candidates and assessors, supporting the organization of events and managing communication with multiple candidates as well as creating reports.
You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in our candidate tracking system and use various recruiting-related tools.
You will follow clear, pre-defined processes to provide efficient and error-free administrative support.You will take full ownership of your responsibilities, ensuring every task is completed with accuracy and care.You'll approach daily challenges with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring processes run smoothly.
You'll actively look for ways to improve workflows and enhance the experience for stakeholders.You'll organize, manage, and share critical information, including sensitive people data, using various tools and systems.You'll ensure data is entered accurately in applicant tracking systems and case management platforms.
In this role, you will follow clear, pre-defined processes to deliver efficient and error-free administrative support, taking full ownership of your responsibilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You'll approach daily challenges with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring smooth process administration while continuously seeking ways to improve workflows and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
You'll organize, manage, and share critical information, including sensitive people data, using various systems and tools, and ensure accurate data entry in applicant tracking and case management systems. Acting as the first point of contact for queries within your scope, you'll provide timely and helpful responses, proactively seek and share knowledge, and know when to ask questions or direct inquiries to the right individuals.
You'll also play a key role in driving process excellence by supporting the implementation of new processes and identifying opportunities for further improvements, all while embracing a mindset of continuous improvement. Collaboration will be at the heart of your work as you support colleagues during peak workloads, step in to provide coverage when needed, and build strong professional relationships within the Talent Acquisition and People Operations community. Additionally, you'll take charge of your personal development by identifying growth opportunities and working with leadership to achieve them.

Your qualifications and skills

1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in recruiting or human resources Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with recruiting tools and programs is preferred Outstanding organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; ability to handle confidential information Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to prioritize and look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with urgent deadlines Great attention to detail and a solid customer service orientation Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to build strong relationships * Excellent communication skills
