Key Responsibilities
Operations Oversight:
Ensure smooth daily operations across all school campuses
Transport Management:
Coordinate student and staff transportation--routing, scheduling, vendor management, and safety compliance
Facility & Maintenance:
Supervise housekeeping, campus upkeep, infrastructure, and repair work
Vendor & Service Management:
Liaise with third-party vendors for services like security
Compliance & Records:
Ensure adherence to CBSE and local regulatory requirements (fire safety, audits, documentation, etc.)
Staff Coordination:
Support non-teaching staff management (drivers, janitors, security, admin assistants)
Inventory & Procurement:
Monitor stock levels and oversee purchases for school requirements.
Reporting:
Maintain logs, reports, and data related to transport, maintenance, and administration
Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Willingness to travel between campuses as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
