Job Description

Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Maintain and organize company records, databases, and filing systems.

Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications.

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and management.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and purchasing office supplies or equipment.

Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance record-keeping, and maintaining employee files.

Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide general administrative support to teams and management as needed.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.41 - ?1,378,515.27 per year
