We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Administrator
to manage daily office operations, support internal teams, and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
Prepare and format reports, letters, and presentations
Support HR, finance, or project teams with administrative tasks
Organize company records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Liaise with internal departments and external partners as required
Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining personnel records
Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks or actions
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
[Optional] Knowledge of industry-specific software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, CRM)
