Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to handling various administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, supporting leadership in decision-making, and executing projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

:

Provide administrative support to departments and leadership teams. Handle scheduling, coordination, and communication of meetings and appointments. Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, reports, and correspondence. Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory. Maintain databases and ensure accurate records are kept. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members in fluent English. Support in organizing events, travel arrangements, and any logistical needs. Handle general office duties such as answering phones, handling mail, and responding to inquiries. Manage both physical and electronic mail, ensuring all correspondence is appropriately distributed or replied to in a timely manner. Implement office procedures and improve efficiency where needed. Assist in special projects and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in MS Office Suite

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with

email management tools

(e.g., Outlook, Gmail,ZOHO) for handling professional communication efficiently. Experience with

data management software

, CRM systems, or cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft Teams) is a plus. Strong typing skills and the ability to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.

Pay: ?15,428.16 - ?32,693.26 per month
