Handle inbound and outbound enquiry calls professionally
Provide accurate information regarding programs, centers, and processes
Ensure timely follow-ups and update enquiry status in the system
Escalate qualified leads to the concerned team/center
2. Frontline Communication Management
Manage and respond to the centralized phone line and official email ID
Ensure queries are acknowledged and resolved within defined TAT
Maintain call/email logs for tracking and reporting
3. New Centre Support & Training
Assist in onboarding and administrative setup of new centers
Support center admins with process understanding and documentation
Coordinate initial training and handholding during launch phase
4. Data Entry & Reporting
Accurate data entry of enquiries, admissions, nominations, and bookings
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per requirement
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
5. Nominations, Bookings & Surveys
Manage nominations and booking entries for events/programs
Coordinate survey distribution, collection, and data compilation
Share insights and summaries with relevant stakeholders
6. Logistics & Stock Management
Coordinate ordering of required materials and stationery
Maintain stock records and track usage
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery to centers
7. Inter-Department & Centre Coordination
Act as a coordination point between centers and internal departments
Ensure smooth communication and task closure
Follow up on pending requests and commitments
8. Records & Documentation
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Ensure documents are updated and easily accessible
Support audits and internal reviews when required
9. Event Support (In-house & Outdoor)
Provide administrative and coordination support for events
Assist in registrations, logistics, and on-ground requirements
Ensure smooth execution as per event plan
