Key Responsibilities:
Manage facilities: maintenance, cleaning, security, safety systems, vendor coordination.
Administrative operations: front desk, mail, supplies, room scheduling.
Safety & compliance: health regs, drills, incident reporting.
Space planning: moves, seating layouts, events.
Budget & reporting: track expenses, monthly updates.
Communications: liaise with IT, HR, other departments.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's in facilities mgmt., admin, or related field (or equivalent).
Experience:
3+ years in admin/facilities; corporate environment preferred.
