Ex-Army Personnel with administrative & operations management background and skills
Role Overview:
We are seeking a disciplined, highly organized, and mission-focused professional, preferably an ex-Army officer (Junior Commissioned Officer or above), to take complete administrative responsibility for our 100 TPD pellet/briquette manufacturing facility. The role demands leadership, operational discipline, and an ability to maintain high standards of safety, security, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration & Facility Management
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the plant and associated facilities.
Manage housekeeping, security, transport, and other support services.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments for uninterrupted production.
2. Maintain Safety, Security & Discipline
Implement and monitor safety protocols as per statutory and company requirements.
Supervise plant security (entry/exit control, perimeter security,surveillance systems).
Maintain discipline among staff, workers, and contractors
3. Manpower Supervision & Coordination
Monitor attendance, work allocation, and performance of support staff.
Coordinate with HR for, training, and welfare activities for plant staff.
Address and resolve worker grievances in coordination with HR.
4. Supply Chain & Asset Administration
Oversee inbound/outbound materials, stock records, and documentation in coordination with the stores team.
Manage and safeguard company assets, equipment, and infrastructure.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and local agencies for operational needs.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, Factory Act, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and submit administrative and safety reports to management.
Maintain proper records for audits and inspections.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Background: Ex-Army (preferably JCO/NCO level or equivalent) with experience in administration, security, or facility management.
Strong leadership, discipline, and ability to command respect within the workforce.
Knowledge of industrial safety practices, firefighting, and emergency preparedness.
Good communication skills in Hindi regional language proficiency is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, reporting formats).
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
