Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize project documentation and site activity reports
Handle
timesheets

purchase orders
, and maintain filing systems
Assist HR and Finance with administrative tasks (e.g., attendance, invoices)
Coordinate meetings and manage internal communication
Oversee godown operations
- stock entries, materials movement, and inventory control
Follow up with vendors and contractors as needed
Ensure smooth office operations and support the field team
Requirements:
1 to 5 years of experience in office/admin roles (preferably HVAC or construction industry)
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Basic understanding of inventory or store management is a plus
Must be punctual, organized, and proactive
