At least 3 experience of Admin work (Service & Sales coordination), person with scientific instrumentation Market preferably in microscopy field will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:



Core:



Knowledge about warranty, AMC, CAMC obligations & invoicing. Knowledge of Order processing, Tender Submission, GEM, Payment Follow-up, EMD & PBG, Logistics handling etc. Knowledge about GST, Invoicing, Customs Clearance/ ATA carnet( Import and Export) , Inland Freight & Packing etc. Handling customer/distributor communication for Delivery and documentation. Handling of warehouse and inventory task. Exposure to Channel Partner management & working with a distributor. Knowledge of Procurement process. Coordination with Customer, Dealer on delivery & other issues. Knowledge of SAP/Service ERP for Order Processing Knowledge of Finance rules like GST, TDS,TCS & finance reports. Capability of Handling communications with Japan Head office for order processing, delivery arrangement, etc Processing Vendor registration, PO & Payment. Payment Overdue follow up. Report generation related to service tasks, Backlog, Order Intake, Pending payment, EMD status, PBG status, Vendor form and pendency chart etc. Ability to work as a team member with Service & Application Fixed asset handling Handling of Employee re-imbursements
