Configuration and Maintenance of Routing and Switching (Cisco R and S):

Knowledgeable in configuring, verifying, and troubleshooting routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), VLANs, STP, and Layer 3 interfaces on Cisco switches and routers.




Policy Implementation and Monitoring on Palo Alto Firewalls:

Aware of creating and managing security rules, NAT policies, URL filtering, and Application-ID, including log analysis using the Palo Alto Panorama or CLI.




Deployment and Support of Cisco Wireless LAN (WLC and APs):

Aware of setting up Cisco WLC, SSIDs, RF profiles, and WLAN security policies; troubleshooting wireless client issues using tools like Prime Infrastructure or DNAC.




Zscaler Proxy Integration and Policy Management:

Aware of onboarding users/devices to Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), configuring web filtering policies, SSL inspection, and basic troubleshooting of proxy traffic flows.
