Administrator cum Store In-Charge (Fresher or Entry-Level)
to support daily administrative operations and manage inventory at our educational center. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with good communication and organizational skills who is eager to learn and grow in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Maintain records of student registrations, attendance, and documents.
Assist in coordinating classes, exam schedules, and faculty needs.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic documentation work.
Support day-to-day operations and ensure office supplies are maintained.
Store & Inventory Handling:
Maintain basic inventory of study materials, books, and stationery.
Assist in issuing materials to students and staff as required.
Keep records of inward and outward stock movement.
Help in organizing materials for batches, exams, and workshops.
Coordination Tasks:
Assist the Centre Head in event setups, classroom readiness, and vendor coordination.
Follow up with vendors for delivery and service as instructed.
Support data entry and report preparation in MS Excel/Word.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.).
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in admin/store roles.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Good communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
