We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator with strong expertise in Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain records, generate reports, and support operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analysis, etc.).
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and databases.
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.
Support management with data-driven insights and MIS reporting.
Handle correspondence, file management, and general office tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration/Commerce).
2-4 years of experience in administrative roles or data management.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level) and MS Office tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
