Key Responsibilities for Admin & Admission Counsellor
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth working environment
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
Maintain and organize student records, office documents, files, and databases
Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities
Respond to student enquiries and provide accurate program information
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
Guide students through the entire admission process, including form filling and documentation
Maintain daily reports on admissions, enquiries, and follow-ups
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for internal departments
Support management by preparing reports, letters, presentations, and basic administrative tasks
Assist with billing, fee collection, receipts, and basic accounting tasks (if required)
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities, events, and outreach programs
Provide excellent customer service to students and parents
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets set by the management

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience in administration or counselling roles (1-3 years preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
