Job Summary
Brainwire Business Analytics is looking for an experienced Administrative Team Leader to oversee daily office operations and lead our administrative team. This role ensures smooth office functioning by managing facilities, vendors, documentation, logistics, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise the administrative team to ensure efficient daily operations
Manage office facilities, housekeeping, inventory, and vendor relationships
Oversee documentation, asset management, compliance, and administrative reporting
Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and employee support services
Monitor administrative budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor contracts and AMCs
Ensure office safety, hygiene, and security standards are maintained
Collaborate with HR and Operations on onboarding, internal events, audits, and coordination
Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement administrative policies and best practices
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3-6 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or office operations
Prior experience in team leadership or supervision preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and standard administrative tools
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
