Brainwire Business Analaytics is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Team Leader to manage day-to-day office administration and lead the administrative team. This role involves overseeing facilities, vendors, documentation, logistics, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide the administrative team to ensure efficient daily office operations
Manage office facilities, housekeeping, inventory, and vendor relationships
Handle documentation, asset management, compliance, and administrative reporting
Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and employee support services
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor contracts and AMCs
Ensure office safety, hygiene, and security standards are maintained
Partner with HR and Operations teams for onboarding, events, audits, and internal coordination
Identify and implement process improvements and administrative policies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3-6 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or office operations
Previous experience in leading a team is preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office and common administrative tools
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
