Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the administrative team to ensure seamless daily operations
Manage office facilities, housekeeping, supplies, and vendor relationships
Oversee documentation, asset management, compliance, and reporting
Coordinate travel, logistics, and employee support services
Track budgets, monitor expenses, and manage AMC/vendor contracts
Maintain office safety, hygiene, and security standards
Collaborate with HR and Operations for onboarding, events, and audits
Implement process improvements and administrative policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3-6 years of experience in administration, facilities, or office operations
Prior team leadership experience is a plus
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
