Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the admin team to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage office facilities, housekeeping, supplies, and vendor coordination
Oversee documentation, asset management, compliance, and periodic reporting
Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and employee support services
Track budgets, monitor expenses, and manage AMC/vendor contracts
Maintain office safety, hygiene, and security standards
Collaborate with HR and Operations for onboarding, events, and audits
Drive process improvements and implement administrative policies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3-6 years of experience in administration, facilities, or office operations
Prior team leadership experience is an advantage
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
