Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the admin team for daily operations
Manage office facilities, housekeeping, supplies, and vendor relations
Oversee documentation, asset management, compliance, and reporting
Coordinate travel, logistics, and employee support activities
Monitor budgets, expenses, and AMC/vendor contracts
Ensure safety, hygiene, and security across the office
Support HR and Operations in onboarding, events, and audits
Drive process improvements and implement administrative policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3-6 years of experience in administration, facilities, or office operations
Team leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office and admin tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
