Administrative Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the administrative team to ensure efficient office operations
Oversee front-office, facility management, vendor coordination, and housekeeping
Manage documentation, filing systems, and internal communication
Monitor office supplies, maintenance activities, and logistics requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Coordinate with multiple departments to support daily administrative needs
Prepare administrative reports, attendance summaries, and support HR operations
Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and meeting logistics
Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in administration or office operations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment
