Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Manage and organize records, documents, and correspondence.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Support HR, finance, or operations departments with basic administrative needs.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ensure the office remains tidy, organized, and professional.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
