We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to serve as an Administrative Support and HR Assistant. This role requires the efficient management of Administrative Support operations while providing essential administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Collaborate with different teams and departments for effective cross-functional support.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and managing HR documentation.
Aid in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job advertisements, and coordinating with candidates.
Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing orientation materials, and facilitating the orientation process.
Help with HR-related communications and procedures, including benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
