Job Description

A. Key Responsibilities:



1. Supervise administrative staff and front-office reception

2. Oversee appointment scheduling and patient inquiries

3. Maintain records and facility resources

4. Ensure workplace readiness and compliance (GST, GHMC licenses, etc.)

5. Handle cash billing, financial tracking, and interdepartmental reporting

6. Support in dispatches and operational logistics

7. Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, and patients

B. Qualifications:



1. Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, MBA, or Healthcare Management (mandatory)

2. Bachelor's in Commerce, Management, or related field (required)

3. Optional Certifications: GST, Healthcare Operations, MS Office, Tally, First Aid, Front Office Management

C. Skills Required:



1. Leadership, team coordination, documentation skills

2. GST and compliance knowledge

3. MS Office, Tally, CRM/HRMS familiarity

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

D. Work Environment:



1. Office setting in a healthcare facility

2. Occasional local travel, rotational shifts possible

3. Must adhere to dress code and professional conduct

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
