Marketing Initiatives : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the restaurant\'s visibility and attract a larger clientele. Stock Management : Handle inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Hotel Management or a related field. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong analytical skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions. A passion for the culinary industry and a desire to grow within it. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship experience in hotel/restaurant management is a plus. Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
