Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure front desk security and cleanliness.
Support basic administrative activities such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate internal communications.
Assist management with record keeping and routine office tasks.
Manage courier deliveries, supplies, and office correspondence.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
Basic computer handling.
Good communication skills
Organizational and multitasking ability.
Working Hours:
Timing:
3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Flexible for suitable candidates)*
Days:
Monday to Saturday

Students or homemakers looking for part-time work.
Candidates with experience in office administration or reception duties.
