Job Description

We are hiring an

Administrative Receptionist

who will be the first point of contact for visitors and students. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and efficient, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our front office and providing a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, students, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Handle student inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and general information. Maintain and update records, registers, and documents. Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and operational support. Manage appointments, student walk-ins, and follow-up schedules. Assist in organizing and setting up meetings or training sessions. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements:



Experience: 0-2 years in an administrative, receptionist, or front office role (freshers encouraged to apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Pleasant personality with a customer-service attitude. Proficiency in English and Malayalam preferred.
