Receptionist / Front Office Executive
to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
Manage visitor entries and maintain front desk records
Coordinate with internal staff and departments
Handle emails, couriers, and office correspondence
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
Support basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, documentation)
Schedule appointments and meetings
Assist management with day-to-day office work
Requirements
Minimum
12th pass
(Graduate preferred)
Good spoken English & Hindi
(Gujarati is an advantage)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Prior experience as receptionist/front office executive preferred (freshers can apply)
