We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and office support duties, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily business activities.
You'll be responsible for managing office procedures, coordinating internal operations, and supporting management with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations.* Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation (both digital and physical).* Manage correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.* Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.* Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and onboarding documentation.* Prepare reports, presentations, and other business communications.* Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.* Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.* Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and purchasing processes.*
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).* Experience: 2-4 years in an administrative or office management role.* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Strong attention to detail and time management.* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office software.* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.*
