We are seeking a Mid-Level Administrative Officer for a full-time position in Udupi. The role involves overseeing office administration, managing facilities, and ensuring efficient transportation. Qualifications and Skills

  • Office administration expertise to maintain and organize office operations and procedures, ensuring an efficient working environment. (Mandatory skill)
  • Deep understanding of facility management, including maintenance of buildings and equipment to support daily operations. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in transportation management, ensuring effective scheduling, routing, and vehicle maintenance for seamless school operations. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to handle vendor management, including negotiation, billing, and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
  • Experience in compliance monitoring to adhere to legal and institutional policies, ensuring all activities meet set guidelines.
  • Sound procurement skills to oversee purchasing processes, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency in acquiring necessary resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve unexpected administrative or logistical issues as they arise.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities, encompassing office organization, paperwork, and correspondence handling efficiently.
  • Oversee facility operations, ensuring all school properties are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate transportation services, planning logistics to support timely and smooth transport of students and staff.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining productive partnerships.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, routinely reviewing policies to align with current regulations and industry best practices.
  • Supervise the procurement and allocation of resources, ensuring all departments have the necessary equipment to function optimally.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for administrative operations, ensuring financial prudence and effective allocation of funds.
  • Implement strategies for continual improvement of administrative processes, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
