We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Administrative Officer to assist with daily administrative tasks at our site office. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in administration, preferably in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office operations and documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and site teams.
Support procurement, billing, and petty cash handling.
Assist in HR activities and staff onboarding.
Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications.
Arrange travel, logistics, and basic office requirements.
Ensure proper filing and compliance of documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in administration (construction preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills.
